An astral stream of temporal energy, flowing in-between the planar cosmos. Each plane's stream of time flows around its plane at different rates, providing a different rate at which time flows for each plane. Similar to our universe, in that time relatively fluctuates at different rates based on the strength of a magnetic field, time within the planar cosmos relatively fluctuates based on the speed at which the Time Weave flows around the given the plane. It is from this stream of time that time-manipulation specialists draw their power. Casters contain and transport a small portion of energy from the Time Weave when preparing a spell, and tell this contained energy to rearrange itself when cast; thus speeding or slowing time in a localized manner.
